More than 70 companies came together at the Moncloa Campus Employment Forum, organized by the service of Professional Careers; a unique employability experience that reinforces the connection between the University and Company. This meeting, in which around 700 students participated, allowed them to discover the professional opportunities linked to law firms, banks, auditing and consulting companies, insurance, automotive, retail and consumer goods, as well as communication, marketing and advertising agencies.
After the welcome by the Vice rector for Students and University Life, Ángel Bartolomé, the forum began with a motivational talk by the CEO and the founder of Adopta un Abuelo, Alberto Cabanes. During this talk he told the story of the beginnings of this social start-up that employs 20 people and which is present in 50 cities, with more than 450,000 registered volunteers. Cabanes has received more than 20 national and international awards for entrepreneurship and social innovation.
A round-table discussion was also held with the participation of Álvaro Calvo, CEU Alumni and Senior Business Consultant at IB,; Patricia Charro, CEU Alumni and Digital Communication Manager in LLyC; and Marta Robles, CEU Alumni and Senior Associate in Square Patton Boggs.

During the forum, the students were able to approach the various stands of companies and networking, both in the Economics Faculty and Humanities Faculty, and get to know all the internships and employment opportunities, and in some cases, sign up for job interviews.
