Reservation fee
All first-year students must pay a reservation fee upon confirmation of their place (pre-registration). Please note that we are unable to refund any money paid towards the Reservation Fee.
Enrolment fee
The Enrolment Fee will be payable once a student has met all legal requirements to access university and provided all the information requested via the Future Student Portal (FSP).
Tuition fees
Total Tuition Fees for each degree can be calculated mutiplying the number of ECTS credits by the price per ECTS. Incase of modification of the original number of ECTS credits a student registered for, the difference will be applied in subsequent monthly payments. A 3% discount off the total price will apply for upfront payment of the full amount. Please note that upfront payments will be invoiced for in September.

Credit recognition or validation fee
For financial purposes, validated and recognized credits will be exclusively those taken in studies regulated by the university system. The processing fee for the recognition and validation of credits is thirty-seven euros (€37) per credit, which must all be paid in the month of January. The recognition of credits taken at "CEU" universities will be free of charge.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal will only take effect when written notice of such is sent by email to the Admissions and New Student Service: [email protected] – for Spanish students and to: [email protected] – for international students. Once enrolled, the withdrawal request must be sent to the University’s Billing and Collections Department: [email protected]
