During Welcome Week, we will provide you with all the information you need to familiarize yourself with our services, academic resources, extracurricular programs and opportunities for personal growth. You will have the opportunity to meet your classmates, professors and faculty governance team.

Below you will find the full program of activities that we have prepared with great enthusiasm and that begins on Tuesday, September 3 with the Welcome Day. 🎓 Welcome Sessions – Welcome Day

On Tuesday, September 2, we will celebrate Welcome Day, the first big step in your university career.

The day includes sessions by degree program so you can get to know your faculty, your teaching staff, and the facilities firsthand.

Below is the complete schedule according to your degree program and assigned space.

📍 Aula Magna | Institute of Technology (EPS, Montepríncipe campus)

10:00 a.m. | Medicine 1 (Medicine and Nursing)* + guided tour

11:00 a.m. | Medicine 2 (Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Genetics, and Psychology)* + guided tour

12:00 p.m. | Economics and Business Studies

📌*Simultaneous translation into English will be provided.

One-way bus service - From Moncloa to Montepríncipe

To make it easier for you to get to campus on Welcome Day, we have organized a special free bus service with departures from different points in the city.

Check the schedule for your faculty and remember that you must sign up in advance to use this service.

Return bus service | From Montepríncipe to Moncloa

At the end of the Welcome Day activities, the university offers new students a free return bus service.

Departures will begin at 1:30 p.m. from the designated points on the Montepríncipe Campus.

1:00 p.m. | Official reception in the Aula Magna of the Higher Polytechnic School (Montepríncipe Campus)

2:00 p.m. | Meetings by faculties and the Higher Polytechnic School.

Students will meet with their respective faculties in the following areas of the EPS:

Faculty of Economics and Business Studies: Aula Magna
Faculty of Humanities and Communication Sciences: Assembly Hall
Faculty of Law: Classroom 1.1.1, basement EPS
Faculty of Medicine: Multipurpose Classroom 1

Come and enjoy a different kind of afternoon at the Faculty of Humanities and Communication Sciences: live music, table football, ping-pong, a great atmosphere, and the perfect excuse to get to know your classmates.

No need to sign up. Just come along at 2:00 p.m.!

Tour of downtown Madrid

We invite you to discover some of the most emblematic corners of central Madrid on a guided tour designed to help you get to know the city in an enjoyable way, in good company... and with a tasty ending. Meeting point: Plaza de Isabel II.
