The Area for the promotion of health, safety and well-being at work, which reports to the Corporate People Department, looks after the well-being of the university community and fosters a true culture of prevention that contributes to achieving the university's mission and its desire to contribute to the common good of society.

Prevention of the spread and contagion of COVID
During the academic year a series of actions have been carried out linked to the control of the dispersion of COVID-19 in CEU centres:
- Continuous updating of protocols against the spread of COVID.
- Distribution of protective equipment to prevent dispersal and contagion.
- Continuous attention from the "COVID Office".
- Protected reincorporation" campaigns: these have been carried out at each reincorporation after the holiday period, offering antigen testing to all staff to prevent spread.
