The mission of the University Ombudsman is to defend and protect the rights, duties and legitimate interests of the members of the university community, with the fundamental aim of contributing to the improvement of the quality and smooth running of the University. It shall perform its functions with autonomy, independence, freedom and according to its own criteria and shall not be subject to any mandate.
