Submission Rules for developmental papers
The purpose of developmental papers is to enable authors to discuss their work whilst it is in an early stage, so comments and feedback obtained at the event can be incorporated in the final stages of research and writing up.
Please follow these guidelines to prepare your developmental paper. Unfortunately, developmental papers that are not prepared according to these formatting guidelines will NOT be reviewed. Each developmental paper can be submitted to only ONE track.
- The maximum length of a developmental paper is 10 pages (including title, abstract, keywords, figures, tables, appendices, and references), and the minimum is 3 pages (less than that length is considered insufficient material on which to base the decision).
- Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin, and 8.5" × 11”-page setting. References may be single-spaced.
- Documents must be tidy and not show any history of tracked changes or comments.
- Be sure to number all the pages of the document.
- No changes to the paper title, abstract, authorship, track, and paper can occur AFTER the submission deadline.
- Submissions will be done online through EasyChair (more info below). Make sure the file or document uploaded is virus-free before submitting
- Submissions will be reviewed by the members of the Main Program Committee.
