The University has signed an
agreement with PDA HR Tech with the
aim of enriching the academic experience of its students by providing them with
self-awareness and talent development tools based on science.
As the Rector, Rosa Visiedo, points out, "at CEU, the student is the main focus. We
dedicate our efforts to ensuring that our students grow intellectually, as
professionals and as people, and we do so in an individualised manner. We ask
our students for effort, but we accompany them on their journey, providing them
with all the attention they need to develop their abilities and help them when
they need it."
The agreement with PDA seeks to
further strengthen this student-centred commitment. PDA, an HR Tech with a
global presence, will offer its Behavioural Assessment to CEU's academic
programs. This innovative approach will allow students to explore and better
understand their skills, boosting their employability and preparing them for
the labour market.
In the words of Jaime Díaz, CEO of PDA, "we are committed to different sectors of
society to enhance employability, providing scientifically based self-awareness
tools so that everyone can understand their skills and reach their exponential
talent. It is with this goal in mind that we ally with Universidad CEU San
Pablo by adding our Behavioural Assessment to their academic programs, to guide
young people in their first steps into the workforce and help them find their
vocation, as we would have liked to find it ourselves."
First-year students in all
University programmes in this current academic year are already familiar with
the PDA experience. They have a personalised report with the results of an
innovative self-awareness tool with international recognition and prestige.
With this report, each student is working with their tutor in an individualised
action plan to guide the development of their potential during their university
years. They work on the development of their skills by establishing common and
agreed-upon goals, making their entry into the workforce easier and simpler.
The collaboration between CEU and
PDA HRTech represents a significant step towards improving higher education and
the comprehensive preparation of students for the challenges of the 21st
century. Both institutions share the vision of contributing to a better world
through the training of excellent professionals and people of integrity.
