Study Abroad Visiting Student Programme of Universidad CEU San Pablo gives international students from foreign universities the chance to experience a study period abroad (semester or full academic year) following the degrees of the different Schools and the Institute of Technology. The stay will be subject to the payment of tuition fees.

Students must complete a minimum of 12 ECTS Credits and a maximum of 60 ECTS Credits, for full-year stays; and 30 ECTS Credits, in case of semester stays.

• International students from universities without an Exchange Agreement:
  70% CEU fees, depending on the School or Institute (enrollment reservation + price per credit x number of credits to complete)
• International students from universities with an Exchange Agreement:
  50% CEU fees, depending on the School or Institute (enrollment reservation + price per credit x number of credits to complete)
  CEU Fees
• Tutored internships in hospitals (clinical rotation)

This category is part of Universidad CEU San Pablo scholarship program for foreign professors mobility and it seeks to encourage highly-regarded professors and researchers to spend between one week and one month at our university.

The School Dean or the Director of the Institute of Technology will submit the proposal to the university’s Vice-Rector for Internationalization.

Priority will be given to professors involved in the university’s bilingual programs, as well as to professors from universities with which Universidad CEU San Pablo has strong institutional and academic relations.

Visiting professors must design an academic/research programme involving both students and professors.

The courses to be taught by visiting professors must be included in the students’ course syllabus. In order to do this, the head of studies for the subject and/or the head of unit will have to ensure sufficient reason and due planning.

 Institutions will need to submit their proposal at least a month prior to the stay at a university.

The application for foreign professors mobility must include the following documents:

• Application Form
• Report certifying the candidate’s eligibility
• Visiting Professor’s CV
• A photocopy of the applicant’s passport
• Authorization issued by the university of the visiting professor to teach at USPCEU during the agreed period.

The Department Director, having obtained leeway from the Dean or the Director of the School that is hosting the visiting professor, shall submit to the Vice-Rector for Internationalization, within a maximum of 30 calendar days since the date of return, a recount of the work carried out by the visiting professor, detailing the level to which they have met the objectives set out in the work recount.

The bursary corresponding to each Call for Applications will be awarded by the university’s Permanent Commission at the request of the Vicerrector for Internationalization.

This category is part of Universidad CEU San Pablo scholarship program for foreign professors' mobility and it seeks to encourage participation of visiting professors in teaching assingments at the different Schools or at the Institute of Technology, thus allowing them to teach in the bilingual programms on offer.

The School Dean or the Principal of the Institute of Technology will submit the proposal to the university’s Vice-Rector for Internationalization, per the teaching planning for each academic year. Each department must plan well ahead the teaching periods.

Teaching in bilingual programs for either a semester or an academic year.

Visiting Professors’ proposals must be submitted to the Vice-Rectorate for International Relations at least 2 months prior to their stay.

The application for foreign professors mobility must include the following documents:

• Application Form (Appendix I)
• Report certifying the candidate’s eligibility
• Visiting Professor’s CV
• Authorisation issued by the university of the visiting professor to teach at Universidad CEU San Pablo during the agreed period.
