This program is designed to prepare students of mathematical engineering to transform large volumes of data into key strategic tools for business decision making.

It offers advanced training in data analysis, mining, visualization, machine learning and handling of unstructured data, with a focus on emerging technologies and advanced analytical models. It is especially useful for strategic decision-making roles, such as directors and managers, in a variety of areas.

It integrates technical knowledge with a strategic vision, training students to maximize the value of data within organizations and optimize its impact on the business environment.

Internships

Three months of work experience in the USA (included in the program) and the possibility of an additional 12 months of optional practical experience in the USA.

Program features

This program trains mathematical engineering students to turn data into key tools for strategic decision-making. It includes training in analysis, mining, visualization, machine learning, and unstructured data management, with an emphasis on emerging technologies. Ideal for leadership roles such as directors and managers, the program combines technical knowledge with a strategic vision to optimize the value of data in organizations.

The American education system provides students with the scientific and technical English language learning necessary for their correct professional development at an international level and the stimulation of critical thinking.

After 5 months of study, students do a full-time internship in a US company to put their new knowledge into practice.

At the end of the program, the student obtains a postgraduate certificate: “Advanced Graduate Certificate in International Business” issued by Boston University, and may apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT) if they wish.

Program structure

Au cours du deuxième semestre de leur 4ème ou 5ème année d'études à l'USPCEU (s'il s'agit d'un étudiant en double diplôme), les étudiants du programme suivront les matières suivantes à Boston :

  • Enterprise Risk Analytics (analyse du risque d'entreprise)
  • Analyse du marketing
  • Analyse du Web pour les entreprises
  • Exploration de données pour l'analyse commerciale

Et, à la fin de la période universitaire à l'université de Boston, ils suivront les cours suivants

  • un stage supervisé (trois mois)

Students can apply for additional 12-month internships (OPT), not included in the price of the Program, after completing the Program. To apply for the internships, students will go through the application process through Boston University.

Students in the program benefit from two distinct and complementary educational methods that, combined, provide them with a global vision and an ability to adapt that will be highly valued when entering the job market.
