Students may access Universidad CEU San Pablo if they meet at least one of the following requirements:
- Spanish Higher Secondary Education graduates who have passed the Evaluación de Acceso a la Universidad (EvAU, University entrance exam).
- Be in possession of the credential from Spanish Distance University, UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia), in order to access university in Spain. Applicable to Higher Secondary Education Students from either EU countries or countries with which Spain has signed reciprocal international education agreements and who meet the requirements to access university in their respective educational systems. List of countries and educational systems: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, European Baccalaureat (EB), European Schools, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, International Baccalaureat (IB), Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and United Kingdom
- Official reconition by the Spanish Ministry of Education of your secondary school qualification if:
- If you are from a country other than the ones listed above or have studied in the educational systems mention and do not meet the requirements to access university in your educational system, but have followed secondary education that could be recognised as being the same level as Spanish Baccalaureat (bachillerato).
- Higher Secondary Education graduates from non-EU countries or countries with which Spain has not signed any education agreements will need to request for their secondary school qualification to be officially recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
- Be in possession of a Vocational Training Higher Technician, Higher Technician in Plastic Arts and Design, or Higher Sports Technician certificates from the Spanish Education System, or another qualification that has been recognised or declared equivalent by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
- Students who have previously withdrawn from study at a Spanish or foreign university and students who have completed their studies abroad but have not obtained official recognition in Spain and wish to study at CEU San Pablo must have passed a minimum of 30 ECTS credits for credit transfer.
- Holders of an official Spanish university certificates: holders of Bachelor's degree, Engineering, Arquitecture, Technical Engineering, degree or master; holders of an offical Spanish university diploma or any other certification that has been recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
- Students who have passed university entrance exams for over 25's.
- Access for students over 40 via work experience entry route. Only for candidates with professional experience relevant to the studies they have chosen and who are not in possession of any acamedic certificate that would allow them to access via any other entry routes and are 40 or will be 40 during the course of the first academic year.
- Students who have passed university entrance exams for over 45's.
- Students who satisfy the requirements to access university as per Spanish Education Legislation prior to Organic Law 8/2013, of 9 December (LO 8/2013).
