University Digital Backpack

Admission

Enrollment requirements

To enroll in the courses offered in the framework of the CEU Digital Backpack project, students must prove one of the following situations: 

  • To be enrolled at the time of application in undergraduate studies at a university that operates or degrees in the Community of Madrid, public or private, or in an official affiliated center in the Community of Madrid and have passed 50% of the ECTS at the time of application.
  • To have obtained the degree in a university that operates or holds degrees in the Community of Madrid, public or private, or in an official affiliated center in the Community of Madrid within a period of no more than 12 months from the date of obtaining the degree to the start date of the course.

Who is it aimed at?

To undergraduate students who have passed 50% of the ECTS of their degree and to first year graduates.

Price

Each course will have a single price for all students of 500 euros.
Students may request different payment methods.

Documents required

ID card or passport and academic certificate.

Scholarships

Requirements

The socioeconomic situation of the student will be taken into account for the granting of the scholarship.
The student, in order to obtain the grant, must attend a minimum of 50% of the teaching given.

The beneficiaries may be:

  • Students with unfavorable socioeconomic situations.
  • Undergraduate students who have a current aid from the Ministry or the Community of Madrid for the study of their official degree for socioeconomic reasons at the same university where they take the course. It is understood that an aid is in force as long as there has not been a new resolution for the granting of scholarships by the aforementioned institutions.

The same student may not apply more than once for study aid in programs other than this project.

Application Deadline

The application deadline is May 2023.

Scholarship endowment

Between 15% of places will be allocated for students eligible for study grants. 100% of the tuition fee (500 euros) of the University Digital Backpack will be subsidized.

Date and communication of the resolution

The granting of the scholarships will be notified to the interested parties before the beginning of the course classes.
