The access requirements will be twofold: on the one hand, it will be necessary to prove (either with an OWN exam or with an OFFICIAL certificate) an adequate level of English, depending on the level to be studied.
The official certificate required for this title will be C1.
Additionally, in order to be able to take the Advanced level without having taken the Intermediate level Legal English Proprietary Degree, it will be necessary to pass a previous legal English exam.
OBJECTIVES:
- Acquisition of a level of legal English similar to that of a native speaker.
- Learning the vocabulary and grammar necessary to write contracts in English.
- Familiarization with Plain English, or the use of simpler expressions in legal English and the difference between Plain English and Legalese.
- Accuracy in oral and written expression.
- Use of formal and informal English.
- Drafting of international legal documents.
- Preparation for the TOLES Advanced exam.
