The access requirements will be twofold: on the one hand, it will be necessary to prove (either with an OWN exam or with an OFFICIAL certificate) an adequate level of English, depending on the level to be studied, and the Official certificate required for this Degree will be B2.

Additionally, in order to be able to take the INTERMEDIATE level without having taken the Basic Legal English Exclusive Degree, it will be necessary to pass a previous legal English exam.

OBJECTIVES:

Learning the most recurrent vocabulary of legal English.
In-depth study of the legal system of Anglo-Saxon countries.
Practice and development of oral comprehension of real situations in the legal field.
Improvement of oral and written expression skills in legal jargon in English.
Preparation for the TOLES Higher exam.

COMPETENCES:

Understand complex legal texts in English.
To incorporate English legal jargon fluently in oral and written production.
To deepen the knowledge of common law and common and international legal practice.
Write complex texts and manage in real oral situations in the legal field.
Interpret and explain complex contractual clauses.
Successfully take the TOLES Higher exam.
